The Asphalt Pavement Alliance, Minnesota Asphalt Pavement Association, Federal Highway Administration and LHB, Inc. sponsored a one-day Asphalt Road Show in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, on August 20. The event carried the theme, “The Sustainable Pavement.”
Speakers included Dr. Mark Buncher (AI), Dr. Dave Newcomb (NAPA) and John D’Angelo (FHWA). Topics included in-place recycling and rubblization, RAP, life cost analysis, warm mix asphalt, and stormwater management with HMA.
